Job Summary :
Overall support to Project management during all phases of project execution Support the preparation and implementation of effective project execution plans & procedures Monitor engineering design compliance to the Design Basis Manage a defined project scope to schedule and budget Coordinate cross discipline input into procurement and contract technical packages assigned to their area Monitor PMC activities during detailed engineering phase executed by EPC Contractor for documents and drawings and mitigate interdisciplinary conflicts Review discipline progress and performance on a biweekly basis with the area discipline leads and develop action plans with project discipline leads when required. Monitor time writing process and cost and prepare reports when required by Project management Develop and maintain the action log that shows decisions and information required to maintain the area schedule Manage the change process for the assigned work scope Develop effective relationships with the client’s project members

Wood is currently recruiting for Project Engineer to be worked on our PMC onshore pipeline project in Dubai. Responsibilities for a Project Engineer vary depending on the stage and size of the project but typically involve a combination of coordinating the work of the disciplines, leading multidiscipline problem-solving activities and supporting the project manager in managing the project to deliver on time and on budget.
